Domaine Jaquiéry Pinot Noir 2003. In 2003 the post véraison ripening of the grapes was characterised by ideal conditions with hot days and cool nights. Hand harvested on the 27th of April, the grapes were destemed then cold soaked for nearly a week before fermentation began. During fermentation the must was hand plunged in open top fermenters before being pressed off into French barriques for eleven months maturation. The wine exhibits aromas of raspberry and plum with hints of spice that carries through to the palate. Alc/Vol 14 TA 5.7 g/l

Domaine Jaquiéry Pinot Noir 2005. In vintage 2005 unusually cool wet conditions during flowering produced very low crop levels with small berries. The grapes were hand harvested by clonal blocks between the 28th of April and May 5 at an average 25 Brix. The grapes were destemed and cold soaked for a week before fermentation in small open top fermenters followed by nine months maturation in French barriques. The wine has good intensity with aromas of black cherry and plum. Alc/Vol 13.4 TA 6.2 g/l

Domaine Jaquiéry Pinot Noir 2006. A warm spring provided ideal flowering conditions and was followed by a wonderful long hot summer. Harvest commenced with the earlier ripening clones on the 3rd of April and with mild autumn conditions harvest was spread out till early may with the fruit coming into the winery in excellent condition. The wine displays a medium red/purple colour with aromatic floral and plum characters. It has a tightly structured palate with focused fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. Alc/Vol 13.3 TA 6.4 g/l
